The detonating cord is coated with highly flexible PVC and withstands adverse conditions. It is used above ground and underground. Ideal for initiation systems, pre-cutting, and similar techniques.
Detonating cord is an explosive intended for use in mines, quarries, and underground or open-pit construction sites. It cannot be used in conditions where coal dust and/or methane are present due to the risk of explosion. Due to its power, it is normally used to initiate non-electric detonators or on the surface as a connecting line.
